NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Mailroom Clerk to join our team working onsite in Scottsdale, AZ

Position Summary:

The job scope is working with the corporate mailroom performing Digital printing on large production class printers. Folding & inserting them into various envelopes on large class inserter machines and perform other mail room functions throughout the day in a fast-paced environment to meet a very sensitive time schedule. This individual will need to verify print jobs based on the documentation received, print, insert, postage stamp and communication completion within a very defined time frame. We are a 24/7 365 operation working with sensitive Healthcare information.

**Duties** :

Multitask in a high pressure environment

Adhere to strict turnaround times

Work efficiently on the computer using general Microsoft programs

Work with multiple large production printers at a time, clear jams, keep stock filled

Work with large production inserters, be comfortable working with the mechanics of the machine

Work well with others, to keep an enjoyable work place

Be open to changes within the workplace

we have envelope/paper boxes that weight up to 50lb so needs to be able to lift that and we are up and running around like all day so on their feet for almost a full shift may happen

**Minimum Job Qualifications** :

Past experience on large digital copiers, inserters, or mailing machines.

Handling mail

Customer service

Able to lift up to 50 lb. and be on feet all day.

Schedule: 7a-4p M-F

**Education** :

Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is 18.50 . This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
