We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in managing multiple, competing requests in a fast-paced Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures (MA&D) environment. Successful candidates will be confident in speaking up, driving action, and adapting quickly while maintaining professionalism and kindness in all interactions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
Effectively manage and prioritize multiple, competing requests in a fast-moving MA&D environment.
Navigate high-stress scenarios with calm professionalism, ensuring clear communication and focused problem-solving.
Foster positive and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including those in challenging or high-pressure interactions.
Leverage a solid understanding of infrastructure systems to address technical challenges and enable smooth transitions.
Act as a trusted mediator to resolve conflicts and competing priorities, ensuring timely and satisfactory outcomes.
Identify opportunities for optimizing workflows and processes to better meet the demands of the program.
Utilize lessons learned and data analysis to anticipate needs, inform decisions, and track progress toward key milestones.
Adjust strategies dynamically to align with shifting organizational priorities and goals.
Grit: Persevere through challenges with determination, focus, and creativity, supporting solutions even in complex or high-pressure situations
Qualifications:
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in project management working in infrastructure or IT environments.
Familiarity with infrastructure systems, data flows, and IT service delivery in MA&D contexts is highly desirable.
Proven project management skills, including methodology and best practices
Ability to manage long-term, complex projects with resilience and stamina
Immediate responsiveness and proactive follow-up, essential for building strong relationships with Buyers and Sellers
Ability to foster collaboration, de-escalate tension, and maintain a professional yet positive work environment.
Ability to perform effectively under pressure, maintaining a solution-oriented focus at all times.
PMP certification
Bachelor's degree
Skills
Hands-on experience of the ServiceNow PPM module for full project lifecycle management, including:

-- Identifying critical paths

• Accurate and detailed project records that reflect organization focus on quality
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with associates at all levels, using a professional and collaborative tone
Understanding of infrastructure and engineering concepts

This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
