**Position:** Behavior Technician

**Location:** North Aurora, IL

**Schedule:** Monday - Friday some evenings till 7pm

**Compensation:** $18.00 - $22.00 /hr (pending experience)

Rush Kids Peditatric Therapy is looking to hire a **Full Time** Behavior Technician (BT) to join our pediatric team in North Aurora, IL. In this role, you will work under the supervisor of a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA)/case manager and provide 1:1 support to children with an autism diagnosis.

Responsibilities

+ Work 1:1 with children with an autism diagnosis in their homes and our centers

+ Implement ABA programs and behavior intervention plans directed and supervised by a BCBA

+ Collect, record and document data based on observable patient behavior and communicate their progress to parents and team members

+ Some travel may be required

Qualifications

Minimum:

+ High school diploma or GED

+ Registered behavior technician (RBT) certification

+ CPR certification
