    Join Our Radiology Team as a CT Technologist

     

    Monday - Thursday 9pm-7am CT and X-ray, with a rotating holiday schedule

     

    Make a meaningful impact by delivering exceptional imaging care and supporting patient safety. As a CT Technologist, you’ll serve as a vital link between the Radiology Department, hospital staff, physicians, and students. In this role, you will:

     

    + Educate and protect patients entering the CT scanning room

    + Assist with patient sedation and monitoring

    + Support the training of Student Radiologic Technologists

    + Contribute to quality assurance processes

    Responsibilities

    • Serves as a liaison between the Radiology Department, students, hospital staff and physicians.

    • Educates and protects all customers entering the CT scanning room.

    • Assists with sedating and monitoring of patients.

    • Assists in the educational training of the Student Radiologic Technologists.

    • Assists with quality assurance processes.

    Qualifications

    Graduation from an AMA approved School of Radiologic Technology. ARRT CT Board Certification required within 6 months of hire. CT experience strongly preferred. Current Iowa Permit to Practice. CPR certified. Maintain yearly CEU requirements. Must be able to read, speak and write fluent English.
