About the Account Executive Role:

As an **Account Executive** , you’ll work directly with business owners, conducting high-volume outbound calls, educating prospects, and converting leads into long-term clients. You’ll own your pipeline, sharpen your closing skills, and grow your career through **structured training, ongoing coaching, and performance-based advancement** .
What You’ll Be Doing as an Account Executive
+ Own and manage a pipeline of small and local business clients across multiple industries
+ Conduct high-volume outbound calls to consult, educate, and close deals
+ Become an expert in **Workers’ Compensation insurance products**
+ Confidently overcome objections and maintain momentum through rejection
+ Consistently exceed **daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals**
+ Track activity and performance metrics to drive results
What We’re Looking For in an Account Executive
+ **2+ years of B2B closing experience** , ideally selling to small or local businesses
+ Proven success in **high-volume outbound sales environments**
+ Minimum **2 years of stable tenure** in a prior sales role
+ Track record of exceeding sales goals and activity metrics
+ Comfortable with short sales cycles and frequent rejection
+ **Bachelor’s degree required**
