Administrative & Marketing Specialist
Salt Lake City, UT | In-Office
$24–$28/hr. | 40 hrs./week
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, approximately 9 AM – 5 PM
A growing investment-focused company is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated Administrative & Marketing Specialist. This role supports with scheduling, communication, marketing tasks, and general office operations.
Responsibilities
+ Schedule management & meeting setup
+ Back-office administrative support
+ Create marketing materials (PowerPoint, Canva)
+ Social media posts & light investor-facing content
+ Basic spreadsheets/reports (Excel)
+ General office duties
Qualifications
+ Must have experience in a previous financial, banking, or investment setting.
+ 2 years of marketing and 2 years of administrative experience required.
+ Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva required
+ Strong organization & attention to detail
+ Self-starter with excellent follow-through
+ Clear written & verbal communication
+ Marketing or social media experience preferred
