As the Administrative Assistant, you will support our HR and Payroll team with administrative tasks.
Job Description
We are looking for an **Administrative Assistant** to support our HR/Payroll team in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. This position will be a **Full-Time, contract** and fully **Remote** .
What You’ll Do
+ Provide administrative support to the HR/Payroll team
+ Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets, utilizing functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and formulas
+ Manage payroll-related tasks and ensure deadlines are met
+ Assist with preparing and processing payroll reports
+ Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders to resolve inquiries
+ Adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle non-standard hours during payroll processing periods
What You'll Need
Required:
+ 3-5 years of administrative experience, including payroll
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas)
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
+ Availability for overtime during critical periods, with work hours ranging from 8 AM to 8 PM as needed
Preferred:
+ Prior experience working in a remote environment
+ Familiarity with payroll processing systems
Physical Demands
+ Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
+ Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
+ Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around
