    We are seeking an accomplished **Senior Full Stack Developer** to help drive our technology transformation during a **12-month hybrid contract in Minneapolis, MN** .

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Design and build efficient, high-quality software using Java, C#, Python, .NET, Spring Boot, Microservices, and APIs.

    + Enhance and maintain both on-premises and internal PaaS applications, supporting migrations to AWS per project timelines.

    + Contribute to the design and implementation of serverless patterns for containerized applications.

    + Build, maintain, and optimize industry-standard APIs, ensuring effective routing, connectivity, and security standards.

    + Develop and implement architecture patterns focused on reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiency.

    + Proactively anticipate the impact of technical decisions and provide forward-thinking solutions.

    + Champion software craftsmanship, TDD/BDD methodologies, and automated testing (unit and integration).

    + Drive performance improvements through monitoring, analytics, and process optimization.

    + Ensure adherence to security standards and compliance regulations throughout development cycles.

    + Address and prevent technical debt through collaborative code reviews and best practices.

    + Actively participate in Agile development activities, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.

    + Create clear documentation and technical playbooks for the team.

    + Balance usability and performance trade-offs through effective communication.

    + Administer product upgrades and patches; provide production support as part of a 24/7 on-call rotation.

    + Mentor and support team members as needed.

    Required Qualifications:

    + High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.

    + Minimum 2 years' experience in Java, C#, .NET, or Python full-stack development.

    + Experience with GitHub/GitLab, SonarQube, JUnit, and Spring Boot.

    + Strong background in designing unit tests (TDD/BDD) and service virtualization using WireMock, Mockito, etc.

    + Experience with test automation tools such as Postman, REST Assured, Cypress, Ready API.

    + Familiarity with continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI).

    + Broad experience with AWS cloud services (ECS, EKS, S3, Lambda, SQS/SNS, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, SageMaker, Athena, etc.).

    + Understanding of relational and object databases, RESTful APIs, and microservice architectures.

    + Agile development experience and workload management (VersionOne/Agility).

    + Excellent troubleshooting, system integration, and performance optimization skills.

    + Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

    + Calm, decisive problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure.

    + Flexibility and willingness to embrace new challenges.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s in Computer Science/Information Systems (4+ years of experience) or Master’s degree (2+ years of experience).

    + Experience generating automation test reports (e.g., Cucumber, Extent reports).

    + Competence with OpenShift, MQ, AWS certifications.

    + Familiarity with DevOps, automation, airline industry software, Windows Server, and HP-UX.
