Digital Transformation PMO Intern

Position Overview:
Support the Project Management Office for a digital transformation initiative within our R&D organization. This internship offers hands-on exposure to project management practices, digital tools, and transformation initiatives that enhance how R&D teams operate, collaborate, and deliver innovation.
The intern will work closely with project managers, digital transformation leads, and cross-functional R&D stakeholders to support planning, execution, reporting, and continuous improvement activities.
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:
+ Support PMO activities for digital transformation projects within R&D
+ Assist in maintaining project plans, schedules, risk logs, and action trackers
+ Help collect, analyze, and report project performance metrics (e.g., timelines, milestones, KPIs)
+ Support preparation of project documentation, presentations, and status reports for leadership reviews
+ Assist with change management activities, including communication materials and training coordination
Education Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Project Management, or a related field, or have graduated from their degree program no earlier than December 2025.
Related Work Experience:
Strong interest in digital transformation, project management, and R&D environments
Basic understanding of project management concepts (e.g., scope, schedule, risks, milestones)
Functional Skills:
+ Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar)
+ Exposure to Agile, Scrum, or other modern delivery methodologies
+ Experience with data visualization or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Compensation:
+ Monthly Salary (undergraduate): $4,506
+ Monthly Salary (graduate): $6,066
Dates of Internship: May 18 - July 31, 2026
