Our product organization brings together small, empowered teams that move with clarity, speed, and purpose, enabling digital to be a meaningful source of advantage across our operating unit.
Our work touches the experiences that keep the business running, including customer journeys, service delivery, sales workflows, and the systems that connect them. We are raising our standards for product craft and rebuilding the platforms behind these experiences. We are looking for product leaders who can navigate complex problem spaces, connect ideas across teams, and guide squads in building intuitive and reliable products.

About the Role
The **Product Director, Precision Selling & Execution** leads the product teams that create the data, insights, and tools that shape how we plan, sell, and execute in market. This work helps ensure our brands show up in the right moments and places, in ways that feel relevant and meaningful to the consumers who love them.
This leader defines the long-term vision for how intelligence and workflows come together to elevate execution. They guide the multi-year roadmap, focus investments where they matter most, and work closely with commercial, data, and field partners to uncover opportunities and strengthen performance across the business.
They build and support high-performing product teams, bring clarity to complex problems, and champion solutions that make it easier for the organization to act with precision, confidence, and consistency.
What You Will Lead
Data & Insights Platform
Develop high-quality data products and insight tools that support planning, targeting, performance visibility, and opportunity identification.
Precision Selling & Execution Workflows
Create connected user experiences that bring insights and action together, helping teams execute consistently and identify growth opportunities across diverse channels.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership, Vision, and Strategy
* Define a clear, ambitious long-term vision for precision data products and frontline execution tools.
* Shape multi-year strategies and investment choices in collaboration with commercial, data, and field leaders.
* Set near-term priorities that align with the long-term product direction.
* Develop and support a high-performing product team through coaching, feedback, and clear expectations.
* Foster a culture centered on learning, autonomy, and high-quality execution.
Product Strategy and Delivery
* Translate strategy into crisp problem statements, prioritized roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
* Keep teams connected to real-world selling and execution workflows through continuous discovery and field engagement.
* Build a metrics framework focused on performance, precision, adoption, and impact.
* Partner with engineering, design, and data science to deliver scalable, cohesive solutions.
* Lead simplification and modernization where data systems or frontline tools are fragmented or outdated.
Key Qualifications
* 10+ years of experience in product management with a track record of leading teams to deliver complex, high-impact products.
* Strong history of defining long-term product vision, shaping multi-year roadmaps, and influencing senior leadership.
* Exceptional product thinking grounded in user insight, data, and strategic prioritization.
* Ability to synthesize dynamic or ambiguous environments into clear, actionable direction.
* Comfort working with performance and operational metrics to guide focus and iteration.
* Excellent communication and storytelling skills across technical, operational, and executive audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience building data products, insights platforms, segmentation tools, or workflow orchestration solutions.
* Familiarity with frontline enablement tools or digital products that support commercial execution.
* Experience contributing to or helping build a modern product organization.
* Familiarity with applying AI-driven or agentic solutions to operational or field workflows.
**Education:** Bachelor's degree required; Advanced degree in business, engineering, design, or related field preferred.

Pay Range:$210,000 - $237,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:50
Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
