Summer 2025 Internship Program
Our 10-week summer internship is designed to immerse you in real-world projects, connect you with industry leaders, and help you build a network that lasts beyond your time with us. You'll gain hands-on experience, develop critical skills, and contribute to initiatives that drive meaningful change
What You'll Do for Us
As a Technical and Supply Chain intern, you'll be empowered to learn, grow, and make an impact. We seek students who are passionate about science, engineering, and supply chain management-and who thrive on solving complex business challenges in a dynamic, global environment. Candidates should have a passion and aptitude for project management, digital transformation, and innovation, helping us visualize and shape the future of our industry.

Qualifications & Requirements
+ Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree or have graduated from their degree program no earlier than December 2025
+ Pursuing a degree in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical, Packaging), Food Science, Microbiology, Biology, Chemistry, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Science, Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, Sustainability, Public Health, or Quality Management or related fields
+ Undergraduate at an accredited university with a minimum 3.0 GPA
+ Eligible for work authorization in the United States upon graduation
+ Ability to collaborate and influence across cross-functional teams
+ Strong problem-solving skills and capacity to align stakeholders at all levels
+ Detail-oriented, analytical, and creative thinker with a passion for quality and continuous improvement
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
+ Demonstrated project management experience, with the ability to lead and motivate teams
+ Skill in refining solutions and managing expectations with limited resources
+ Experience using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other digital tools to support data analysis and presentations
+ Digital fluency and a growth mindset

Monthly Compensation:
+ Monthly Salary (undergraduate): $4,506
+ Monthly Salary (graduate): $6,066
Dates of Internship: May 18 - July 31, 2026
