_What Customer Service Operations contributes to Cardinal Health_

Customer Operations is responsible for core customer operation processes. These can include customer and vendor contract administration; customer and vendor pricing, rebates, unexpected returns, order entry and processing, customer set up and account maintenance, and servicing customer escalation requests.

_Job Summary_

Demonstrates knowledge of customer service processes, return policies, systems, controls, and work streams. Possesses understanding of service level goals and objectives when providing customer support.

_Responsibilities_

+ Demonstrates experience working in an investigative environment coupled with strong internal controls.

+ Works collaboratively to respond to non-standard requests under time-sensitive conditions.

+ Possesses strong organizational and time management skills.

+ Attention to detail.

+ Effective written and verbal communication skills.

+ Ability to quickly pivot focus to numerous tasks.

+ Potential to collaborate with team members and other functional areas

+ Capability to work from home and come in office as needed.

+ Ability to work Overtime as needed.

_Qualifications_

+ 1-3 years of experience preferred

+ High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience preferred

+ Must live within 1 hour radius of LaVergne, TN for onsite visits

+ Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete standard tasks

+ Works on routine assignments that require basic problem resolution

+ Refers to policies and past practices for guidance

+ Receives general direction on standard work; receives detailed instruction on new assignments

+ Consults with supervisor or senior peers on complex and unusual problems

**_Anticipated hourly range_** _: $15.70 per hour - $22.50 per hour._
