Kimley-Horn is looking for an entry-level Software Sales Representative to join our Firmwide Technology Solutions team! You will have the opportunity to drive growth with new and existing customers in a fast-paced, start-up like environment. This is a highly cross-functional role with great opportunity to expand Kimley-Horn’s software business in its next stages of growth.
This is an in-office position. This position is available to be located in Kimley-Horn’s St. Louis Park, MN or St. Paul, MN office.
Responsibilities
+ Support or lead product demonstrations internally and externally via presentations, webinars, in-person meetings, tradeshows, and conferences
+ Communicate the value of Kimley-Horn technology solutions
+ Cultivate and grow working relationships with internal partners across the firm
+ Drive software sales and revenue with internal and external customers
+ Identify new customers and improve customer satisfaction
+ Collaborate with internal teams/partners to align sales strategies and objectives
+ Inform marketing collateral and pricing models based on market knowledge
+ Willingness and ability to travel (approximately once per month)
+ Perform other duties as needed or assigned
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s in Business, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, English, or a related field
+ 0-2 years experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or event settings
+ A/E/C Industry is a plus
+ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
+ Confident, outgoing personality
+ Passion, drive, and self-motivation
+ Team player with a positive attitude/client service mentality
Salary Range: $70,000 - 80,000
