Schedule & Training

+ Training: In‑office, starting at 9:00 AM EST

+ Operating Hours: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM EST

+ Shifts: Monday–Friday, 8.5‑hour onsite schedules

Compensation

+ Hourly Pay + Incentive Pay

+ Performance‑based earnings opportunities

What You’ll Do

+ Deliver exceptional, one‑call resolution to client inquiries

+ Handle incoming calls regarding policy questions, updates, or changes

+ Save cancellations when possible and assist with autopay setup

+ Update and maintain accurate documentation and inbound lead entries

+ Conduct follow‑ups on outstanding items to ensure full resolution

+ Build strong relationships with existing clients and contribute to team goals

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pittston, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
