TEKsystems is hiring a Patient Services Specialist to work an ON-SITE schedule for a client located in Conshohocken,

Pennsylvania.

This position would take place in an Outpatient office as part of a busy medical practice.

Qualifications

-Must have at least 1+ years working in a medical front desk/general front desk/customer service rep type role

-Must have excellent customer service in person and over the phone

-Must be able to multitask and manage heavy workload

-Must have strong computer skills

Job Description

-Warmly greet every patient with eye contact, a smile, and a positive statement

-Guide and explain new patients through paperwork and be a resource for any questions

-Patient Registration

-Insurance authorizations and verifications

-Collect co-pays

-Excellent customer service

Hours/Schedule

40-hour position- Fully on site

2 shifts open between Monday- Friday- 7:00am- 4:00pm or 8:00am- 5:00pm

Both shifts will include 2 workdays with a later shift of 10:00am- 7:00pm

Pay

$18/hr.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
