    Customer Service Representative (General)

     

    Workplace Type: Fully Remote (Must reside in the U.S.)

     

    Placement Type: 12-month contract

     

    Pay Rate: $20/hour

    About the Role

    We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This position is primarily focused on order management and customer service support, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of customer orders.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Perform order entry and place orders for customers using Oracle (training provided).

    + Monitor client portals for PO approvals, match approvals to corresponding orders, and close them out.

    + Look up and input order numbers in the system.

    + Support Sales Representatives in the Tennessee market.

    + Process 10–15 orders per day from a shared inbox with precision and efficiency.

    Training

    + Duration: 2–4 weeks

    + Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Monday–Friday)

    Qualifications

    + Previous experience in customer service or order management preferred.

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    + Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with a team.

    + Proficiency in basic computer applications; Oracle experience is a plus (training provided).

    + Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

    This is a Contract position based out of Portage, MI.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
