Call Center Customer Service Representative

Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift

About the Role

We are looking for a Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our team in Harrisburg, PA. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong computer and communication skills.

Responsibilities

+ Answer incoming calls from existing customers regarding account information

+ Provide information to potential customers and process new applications

+ Handle payments via phone and document customer concerns accurately

+ Update account holder information and perform account maintenance (changes, adjustments, statement requests)

+ Explain terms, conditions, and policies clearly to customers

+ Prepare daily reports, including CSR Activity and cash-out reports

+ Follow up via mail and email correspondence

Qualifications

+ Minimum 1 year of consecutive customer service experience

+ Call center experience is a plus but not required

+ Candidates with multiple short-term roles may not be considered

+ Proficient computer skills and data entry experience (minimum 1 year)

+ High School Diploma or GED required

+ Strong communication skills and ability to work independently

Schedule

+ Monday–Friday, day shift hours

+ No weekends required

This is a Contract position based out of Harrisburg, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
