Member Service Representative (MSR) – Pensacola, FL

Start Date: January 5th, 2026

Training Schedule: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM CST (Onsite Only)

Work Schedule - Hybrid: Between 11:30 AM – 10:00 PM CST (8.5-hour shifts within a 9.5-hour window)

About the Role:

We are seeking dependable and service-driven individuals to join a leading financial institution as Member Service Representatives

(MSRs).

As an MSR, you will play a crucial role in providing empathetic, professional, and solution-oriented support to members through inbound calls. You’ll be part of a dynamic team committed to resolving account-related inquiries quickly and accurately while delivering exceptional customer service.

What You’ll Do:

+ Handle inbound calls and assist members with account servicing needs

+ Navigate multiple systems to research and resolve account concerns

+ Provide exceptional customer service and support

+ Maintain accurate documentation and follow compliance procedures

What We’re Looking For:

+ Strong communication and problem-solving skills

+ Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume environment

+ Comfortable using multiple systems and tools to assist members

+ Reliable and punctual, especially during training

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pensacola, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
