    + 3+ months of IT experience or relevant education (CompTIA A+ or Computer Science degree)

    + A strong desire to learn and build your technical skills

    + Dependable, hardworking, and eager to take initiative

    + Solid customer service and communication skills

    + Reliable transportation (this is a hybrid role)

    Shift Details

    We support a wide range of schedules, so flexibility is key. Applicants must be able to work between 6am–6pm CST, including some weekend shifts, based on team needs.

     

    • What You’ll Be Doing

     

    This is an entry-level role with full training provided—perfect for someone ready to grow in IT support.

     

    You’ll work side-by-side with experienced technicians, learning in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Your main responsibilities will include:

     

    + Responding to support tickets throughout the day

    + Assisting users via email, chat, and in-person support

    + Troubleshooting common issues such as:

    + Password resets (Active Directory)

    + Login and authentication issues

    + WiFi and connectivity problems

    + Printer and hardware support

    This is a Contract position based out of Coppell, TX.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $16.25 - $18.00/hr.
