Summary The VISN Clinical Resource Hub (CRH) Administrator performs duties that directly contributes to the Administrative and operational management of the VISN 7 CRH and requires the ability to apply the specialized principles and practices of health care management. This position is supervisory. Responsibilities Duties include but not limited to: Develop, monitor, and review trend analyses regarding clinical care and performance improvement activities for the VISN Telehealth Hub throughout VISN 7. Review materials and monitor services to ensure compliance with the standards of internal and external accrediting agencies. Develop background and management options available to deal with complex CRH planning and implementation issues. Analyze data, identify trends and issues of concern, and prepare reports for VISN National CRH and higher level VHA leadership. Recommend action or adjustments necessary to achieve required objectives to ensure mission success of the CRH. Ensure that proposals/initiatives submitted for CRH approval are complete and all implementation requirements are accurately identified. Strategic and Project Planning Management - developing, maintaining, and updating project plans; coordinating with the VHA Office of Rural Health and the VHA Office of Primary Care Operations to ensure that project plans for primary care telehealth align with plans for other telehealth services within VHA; Schedule/Timeline - developing processes to expedite activation of primary care telehealth spokes across VISN 7; Communication - Establish and maintain comprehensive communication between and among the CRH Offices, other Regional hubs, and VISN7; IT integration - Plan for integration between the Regional V-IMPACT Hub and VHA IT to identify needs, expedite the process for acquiring IT equipment and services in order to meet telehealth project objectives and timelines. Raise awareness of the CRH throughout VISN 7 and the communities it serves nationwide Communicate potential benefits of CRH Services to Veterans Communicate accomplishments and successes of CRH to internal and external stakeholders Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm, Work schedule subject to change based on agency needs. Qualifications To qualify for this position, applicants must meet all requirements by the closing date of this announcement, 12/23/2025. Time-In-Grade Requirement: Applicants who are current Federal employees and have held a GS grade any time in the past 52 weeks must also meet time-in-grade requirements by the closing date of this announcement. For a GS-14 position you must have served 52 weeks at the GS-13. The grade may have been in any occupation, but must have been held in the Federal service. An SF-50 that shows your time-in-grade eligibility must be submitted with your application materials. If the most recent SF-50 has an effective date within the past year, it may not clearly demonstrate you possess one-year time-in-grade, as required by the announcement. In this instance, you must provide an additional SF-50 that clearly demonstrates one-year time-in-grade. You may qualify based on your experience as described below: Specialized Experience: You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade GS-13 in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization. Your experience must show progressively responsible analytical or administrative, or clinical management or supervisory experience in the health care field. This work may have been performed in an operating health care facility or a higher organizational echelon with advisory or directional authority over such facilities. Work must have involved a close working relationship with facility managers and analysis and/or coordination of administrative, clinical, or other service activities, and provided knowledge of the following: Missions, organizations, programs, and requirements of health care delivery systems; Regulations and standards of various regulatory and credentialing groups; and Government-wide, agency, and facility systems and requirements in various administrative areas such as budget, personnel, and procurement. Examples of specialized experience would typically include, but is not limited to: Developing methods for measuring and evaluating program accomplishments. Identifying meaningful workload factors, performance quality levels, and compliance with regulations. Evaluating and analyzing the contents of the new or modified legislation, policies, directives for projected impact upon the agency's programs and/or resources Working with key clinical and administrative support functions within the medical center. Identifying, categorizing, analyzing and applying qualitative/quantitative data methods for assessment and improvement of program effectiveness, to design and conduct studies, and propose solutions to management.
