Overview
Carle Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation team at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana, Illinois.
Opportunity Details
+ Typical schedule M-F / 8:00am-5:00pm
+ Weekend coverage anticipated every 4-6 weeks
+ Primary outpatient focus in our Bone Health and Osteoporosis Clinic with some outpatient rehabilitation hospital follow up. Inpatient focus on periodic inpatient rehabilitation consults and unit coverage.
+ Join a collaborative and established Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation team
Education Requirements:
Master’s degree in physician assistant or Nurse Practitioner
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
+ Current Illinois physician assistant or nurse practitioner licensure
+ International Society of Clinical Densitometry (ISCD) Certification preferred; may be obtained after hire

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $55.13 - $71.67/hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
