About the Team: The Client Council and Industry Trade Relations team (part of the Global Partners team) builds and maintains trusted relationships with Meta’s most senior clients and agencies. Our work provides Meta’s leadership and product teams essential feedback, affords a forum to debate and address the marketing industry’s biggest issues and opportunities with the most influential marketing leaders around the world, and builds strong advocates amongst the Council members/Trade partners. Our Operations & Communications team is the foundation that holds the team together, providing a solid base for our partners to build and thrive. From events and logistics to data management, storytelling, escalations and relationship-building, we are strategic partners who keep things running smoothly. Our focus is on developing sound processes and protocols that enable us to operate efficiently and delight stakeholders. Our role as a centralized operations team is not just to support, but to also deliver big magical moments efficiently and small gestures with huge impact that uplevel and elevate our Councils and Trades. We operate with transparency, maintaining a pulse on the collective and being connected to each other, allowing us to jump in and support one another where needed. We're the team that keeps the wheels turning, ensuring seamless execution and proven results.To aid in our teams’ initiatives, we are seeking to add a Program Manager to our team.
Required Skills:
Program Manager, Client Council and Industry Trade Relations Team Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Operations & Process: Build upon centralized operational processes, protocols, and learnings to help the Council and Industry Trade team work more efficiently, drive visibility, and scale effectively
2. End-to-End Engagement Execution: Act as a high-touch, white-glove partner to Council & Trades leads by managing all logistics, anticipating needs, and ensuring seamless execution for all Client Council/Trade Engagements. This includes drafting essential communications, managing meeting invites, RSVP's, client-briefs, member attendance, and pre- and post-communications
3. Comprehensive Documentation & Data Management: Oversee all Council/Trades operations documentation, including member lists, Non Disclosure Agreements, internal briefs, bios, budgets, and quick hits. Maintain and manage the team's file repository (gDrive), and support reporting needs, including tracking Attendance, and Key performance indicators
4. Membership & Relationship Support: Support Council leads in membership onboarding and offboarding, day-to-day point of contact needs, and high-touch efforts like Council/EAs Holiday Gifting and coordinating Demos/Kiosks/Device Gifting
5. External Partner Management: Partner with Cross Functional Partners and external agencies on all event and program details, including event location, room decor, event set up, member travel, entertainment, and swag
6. Ad Hoc & Cross-Functional Management: Proactively solve problems, manage ad hoc Council/Trade engagements (workshops, webinars, regional leadership visits), and collaborate with various cross-functional teams internally (Global Business Group, Facilities, Security, etc.)

7. 6+ Years of Experience in events, sales, marketing or client facing roles
8. Strategic & High-Touch Operator: Proven track record to act as a strategic partner, delivering white-glove, high-touch execution, and managing a wide breadth of responsibilities across logistics and communications
9. Project Management & Flawless Execution: An operational leader with exceptional project management skills, proven experience in managing multiple tasks at once with attention to detail and flawless execution
10. Communication & Presentation Skills: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral formats, with attention to clarity and professionalism. Proven experience drafting high-level communications and presenting information in a visually engaging manner, reflecting an understanding of design aesthetics
11. Understanding of the digital advertising & marketing industry
12. Experience of consistently driving projects forward and finding opportunities to increase impact, and track record in ambiguous situations
13. Demonstrated experience utilizing AI technologies or tools in a professional setting. Strong interest in leveraging AI to enhance team performance and drive continuous improvement
14. Involvement in tentpole events
15. Experience with data and using numbers

16. Experience Using AI Tools: Familiarity with AI-powered platforms or tools, and openness to learning and adopting new technologies to improve team operations and efficiency
17. Data experience: Track record showing past work with data in day-to-day tasks (e.g., tracking attendance, KPIs, budgets, or member lists). Experience using spreadsheets, dashboards, or basic analytics to inform decisions and reporting
18. Analytical: Willingness to use numbers and data to solve problems, identify trends, and support team initiatives
19. Continuous Learner: Interest in staying up-to-date with new tools and approaches, especially as they relate to AI and data in the workplace
Public Compensation:
$116,000/year to $166,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
