    At Merrimack Health, we are committed to pay transparency and equity. The base salary range is $117.49 to $129.86 hourly, excluding fringe benefits and potential bonuses.

     

    Your final base salary will be determined based on your education, experience, licensure, and internal equity considerations. Offers are typically made below the top of the range to support future salary growth.

    Position Overview

    Recruiting for an internal medicine or family medicine primary care physician to join an established practice to the medical community for Lawrence General Hospital / Community Medical Associates.

    Responsibilities

    Provide the full scope of primary care services to patients, including but not limited to diagnosis and treatment of medical conditions, preventive care and health maintenance, and coordination of care.

    Requirements

    + MD or DO degree from an accredited School of Medicine.

    + Completion of an accredited Residency Program in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.

    + Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.

    + Valid medical license (or eligibility for licensure) in Massachusetts.

    + DEA registration and eligibility for hospital privileges.

    + Demonstrated proficiency with EMR systems and accurate clinical documentation.

    + Commitment to providing equitable, compassionate, and high-quality care.
