At Merrimack Health, we are committed to pay transparency and equity. The base salary range is $21.44 Min – $30.02 MAX, excluding fringe benefits and potential bonuses.

Your final base salary will be determined based on your education, experience, licensure, and internal equity considerations. Offers are typically made below the top of the range to support future salary growth.

As the Anesthesia Technician, you will perform a wide variety of tasks associated with the operation, maintenance, procurement and administration of anesthesia within the Hospital.

Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Coordinates activities related to equipment decontamination and sterilization, to assure an ongoing infection control program.

+ Demonstrates skills/knowledge appropriate to patient age-related categories as defined by LGH – neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric

+ Equipment decontamination and sterilization

+ Ensuring availability of supplies and equipment

+ Assisting the anesthetists as needed

Requirements:

+ High school diploma required

+ Previous experience in handling anesthesia and/or respiratory therapy equipment and working knowledge of biomedical skills preferred.

+ Training available for the right candidate – medical professionals from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
