As a Finance Manager for Gas Services North America, you
will lead financial and commercial support for Open Market Parts and Repairs,
working closely with operational partners and analyzing performance to inform
strategic decisions. The role involves frequent collaboration with teams across
the US, Canada, and other regions, fostering strong customer relationships and
a global team spirit. You’ll guide your team through transformation, ensuring
delivery on KPIs, compliance with regulations, and continuous project
improvement, while also developing local competencies. This position offers
broad exposure to financial, accounting, and end-to-end operational processes,
with regular interaction with management and key stakeholders. You’ll ensure
accurate financials and transparency around the key drivers of Service
Operations.
How You’ll Make an Impact
+ Provide analysis,reporting, and materials to drive growth and profitability across theorganization.
+ Support managementduring financial closing, budgeting, and forecasting with analysis andcommentary.
+ Lead or participate incross-functional projects to improve and digitize processes and ensurecompliance with guidelines.
+ Prepare presentationsand materials for internal/external meetings and support the Head of OpenMarket Finance with ad-hoc requests.
+ Foster collaborationacross departments, develop and coach team members, and promote an inclusive,customer-focused culture.
+ Maintain highresponsiveness and flexibility to manage stakeholders, business development,and changing requirements.
What You Bring
+ Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting,Finance, or related field.
+ 8+ years’ experience infinance functions such as controlling, accounting, audit, reporting, budgeting,or project management; leadership experience preferred.
+ Strong communication,presentation, and analytical skills; assertive in solving complex problems.
+ Strategic and conceptualthinker with a goal-oriented, self-driven personality.
+ Expert in accounting,Excel, and PowerPoint; good SAP knowledge; experience with IFRS and revenuerecognition is a plus.
+ Experience withtransformation, change management, simplification, or digitization initiativesis an advantage.
