    About the Role

     

    Five Star Breaktime Solutions is a premier provider of away-from-home convenience services, committed to delivering innovative breaktime solutions that enhance customer experiences.

     

    We are seeking a Coffee Route Attendant to deliver, stock, service, and maintain coffee products and breakroom equipment at customer locations throughout the Columbus, IN area.

     

    This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being on the move, takes pride in delivering great service, and keeps workplaces energized and stocked with high-quality beverages.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Deliver, stock, and service coffee products, brewers, and supplies at assigned customer locations.

    + Clean, sanitize, and maintain coffee machines and breakroom equipment according to company standards.

    + Refill and rotate product inventory to ensure freshness and accurate stock levels.

    + Maintain clean, organized, and professional displays that reflect brand standards.

    + Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction, address needs, and promote new products or services.

    + Execute company promotions and uphold plan-o-gram standards.

    + Collect payments when required and maintain accurate route and delivery records.

    + Follow all safety, sanitation, and operational guidelines.

    Qualifications

    + Must be at least 21 years old per DOT requirement.

    + Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

    + Ability to lift 50 lbs or more repeatedly and perform frequent bending, reaching, and stooping.

    + Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.

    + Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and customer service ability.

    + Comfortable working independently and engaging with customers daily.
