Position: Account Manager III (multiple positions available)
Multiple Positions Available:
1. Provide guidance and support to Delivery Service Partner (DSP) business owners to foster the growth of their last-mile package delivery businesses during a transformative period.
2. Collaborate closely with DSPs to address programmatic challenges, shape their business strategies, and proactively identify and resolve obstacles, ensuring DSP owners make informed decisions and achieve operational excellence.
3. Manage a portfolio of 20-40 DSP owners across various delivery stations, offering strategic guidance, fostering accountability, and tracking key performance metrics to drive growth.
4. Forge strong partnerships within an integrated internal team comprising Station Operations Managers, Program Managers, and Compliance and Finance professionals to ensure DSPs' compliance with program requirements and facilitate successful business launches and expansions.
5. Play a pivotal role in supporting DSPs by eliminating operational bottlenecks, enhancing financial practices, and improving safety standards at the network level.
6. Engage in comprehensive problem analysis, uncover actionable insights, deliver impactful recommendations, and drive both internal and external changes to optimize performance.
7. Facilitate the onboarding process for DSP owners and guide them through business launch preparations.
8. Provide ongoing guidance to DSPs as they scale their operations, manage operational challenges, and secure necessary resources to meet peak demand periods.
9. Lead Business and Financial Health Reviews to evaluate business performance, identify growth opportunities, and provide valuable benchmarking data and insights.
10. Identify and address workflow inefficiencies, proactively devising and implementing operational enhancements to enhance the DSP owner experience.
11. Conduct data analysis to identify process optimization opportunities aimed at boosting revenue.
12. Leverage statistical and quantitative analysis to inform strategic business planning decisions.
13. Conduct financial assessments of DSPs and offer recommendations to help them surpass revenue and profitability targets.
14. Harness business data, scorecard metrics, and financial analytics to empower DSPs, positioning them for success.
15. Develop comprehensive financial and operational plans to drive goal achievement.
16. Initiate and steer new initiatives aimed at expanding product selection, increasing sales, and achieving critical business metrics.
17. Undertake competitive benchmarking through advanced data analysis, utilizing tools such as Advanced Excel, Salesforce, and other business intelligence tools to uncover new business prospects and incorporate operational strategies.
18. Utilize a deep understanding of the business landscape, market seasonality, and global trends to proactively monitor market changes and identify new business opportunities.
19. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to manage multiple projects spanning various categories.
20. Domestic travel required up to 40% of time.
21. Partial telecommuting permitted; employees will be required to report to office multiple days per week.
(40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range: $134,534.00 - $144,000.00 per year

Basic Qualifications
A Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline, and 4 years of experience as a Business Development Manager or a related position, or a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline, followed by 8 progressively responsible years of experience as a Business Development Manager or a related position.
Experience must include:
• 2 years of experience working in client-facing roles.
• 2 years of experience performing quantitative and/or qualitative research and analysis to improve financial and business processes, operations, or turnover planning, demand forecasting, or e-commerce inventory management.
• 2 years of experience with data analysis, including conducting data mining and statistical analysis utilizing Excel Advanced modeling or related business intelligence tools.
• 2 years of project management experience, including managing, planning, organizing, scheduling, and tracking of projects from initiation, planning, execution, and delivery.
• 2 years of experience using process improvement methodologies to increase efficiency within business and operations processes.
The pay range for this position in Irvine, CA is $134,534.00 - $165,600.00 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
