We are looking for a Senior TPM, who will design, manage and deliver large cross team projects in a dynamic high growth space. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to deliver on critical programs that help customers discover and engage with content. As a senior technical leader, you will have an opportunity to solve the most difficult technical problems, come up with architectural design and project plans, while partnering across multiple organizations to deliver results.
The right candidate will have both a strong technical background, and either technical management or program management background. You must be able to manage the tactical tasks of delivering products while simultaneously define and drive strategic product planning for forward looking initiatives. You must have a diverse set of unblocking tools and mechanisms, resulting in an ability to cultivate relationships and earn trust with teams both inside and outside of your overall organization.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design
- Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
