The Workspace Experience Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring a seamless, efficient, and engaging workplace for employees. This role combines operational oversight with employee experience, focusing on parking compliance, café and food service readiness, and site communications. The coordinator will serve as a visible presence on campus, monitoring trends, reviewing parking violation and exception tickets, and walking the site to ensure spaces are clean, safe, and welcoming.
In addition to maintaining daily operations, this role will partner with stakeholders across facilities, security, food services, and space management to address issues, support employee engagement, and provide timely communications. Success in this position requires a balance of attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to connect operational consistency with a positive workplace culture.
Key job responsibilities
- Leverage deep understanding of the challenges employees face to prioritize programs and investments that will measurably improve their experience
- Work across program, product, and tech teams to standardize employee-impacting initiatives and implement mechanisms to continuously improve the employee experience
- Own end-to-end analysis and study quantitative and qualitative data from multiple sources to identify trends that can highlight important aspects
- Connect with employees in person/virtually to understand their experience in terms of what's working well and what needs improvement. Identify issues/concerns that need to be resolved. Document responses received in prescribed format
- Work with action owners to ensure timely closure of all identified issues and partner with relevant stakeholders to drive engagement initiatives
- Support leadership in managing conflicts and conduct end-to-end workplace solutions
- Travel up to 10% of the time may be required to support site operations and engagement activities.

A day in the life
As a Workspace Experience Coordinator, you’ll keep workplace operations running smoothly while shaping a positive employee experience. You’ll oversee parking compliance, review violation and exception tickets, monitor food and café readiness, and ensure shuttle and site updates are communicated clearly.
Your day will include tracking data and metrics, sending communications, and escalating issues when needed, while also walking the site to check for cleanliness, food availability, and overall employee engagement. By partnering with on-site teams and stakeholders, you’ll create consistency, accountability, and a welcoming environment for all employees.
About the team
The Leo Workplace Operations (LWO) team manages construction projects, workspace strategy, lab environment programming, and facilities operations for Amazon Leo. Our mission is to optimize all Facilities operations within Leo environments to support high-velocity satellite production.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 2+ years of operations, facilities, process improvement, or site coordination experience
- Experience managing day-to-day logistics or compliance processes in a technical environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly with cross-functional stakeholders and follow through on tasks independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Operations, Engineering, or related field
- Prior experience working in manufacturing, warehouse or lab environments
- Experience coordinating with Facilities, EHS, or IT teams
- Familiarity with intake/request tracking tools, shared dashboards, or audit checklists
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent requests

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
