Amazon MGM Studios is the home for talent, creating and producing Original films and television series for a global audience. Original series premiere exclusively on Prime Video, which is available in more than 240 countries and territories worldwide. Amazon MGM Studios also produces and acquires Original movies for theatrical release and exclusively for Prime Video.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Social & Creator Marketing Manager to lead the planning for boosting initiatives across organic social marketing and creator partnerships. This position will play a crucial role in developing comprehensive campaign boosting strategies and creating data-driven insights to drive social growth. The role will also support broader social analytics initiatives to provide comprehensive performance insights across paid and organic social channels.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end paid boosting strategy across social platforms and creator marketing initiatives
- Partner with Prime Video & Amazon MGM Studios Media & Launch teams to execute media spends and develop actionable insights
- Oversee paid boosting strategy and execution for owned social channels across brand and studios titles
- Manage paid boosting initiatives for creator partnerships
- Partner with title leads to develop and maintain partnership strategies with social publishers, including both paid and organic opportunities
- Establish and maintain quarter-over-quarter goals, providing regular feedback to brand and title teams
- Create and implement global campaign boosting playbooks and best practices
- Optimize investment levels across boosting campaigns and channels (e.g. Meta, TikTok, YouTube, X, Reddit, Pinterest, Snap, Discord)
- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders across title and brand teams
- Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and performance optimization
- Support social & creator analytics reporting and insights generation across paid and organic channels
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of comprehensive social performance dashboards
- Collaborate with the Senior Social Analytics Manager to ensure alignment in measurement frameworks and reporting methodologies
- Assist in synthesizing cross-channel social insights for stakeholder presentations
Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- 4+ years in paid social media or creator marketing
- Experience managing paid social media campaigns with budgets of $1M- Direct experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g. Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, etc.)
- Experience building and scaling cross-functional marketing programs across social and creator initiatives
- Proficiency in social analytics platforms (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Later) and social listening tools
- Experience presenting social media campaign results and ROI analysis to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating and executing integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using tactics that include live or virtual events, webinars, email, lead nurture programs, and CRM/sales insights
- Experience with Salesforce and Tableau
- Experience in paid social boosting planning and buying

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $112,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $186,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
