Position: Instock Manager III (multiple positions available)
Multiple Positions Available:
1. Identify and deliver important opportunities in forecasting, buying, demand planning, product availability, and inventory health management.
2. Monitor, analyze, own, and improve key performance indicators such as: out of stock rates, purchase order confirmation rates, inbound lead times, and inventory health metrics.
3. Present insights, themes, and trends to senior leadership.
4. Analyze production, delivery lead-times, and operational excellence inputs.
5. Identify opportunities to improve cost structure and profitability and work with partner teams on execution and driving continuous improvement.
6. Manage strategic vendor relationships to continuously streamline their supply chains to ensure to have the right products in the right quantities in the right place at the right time.
(40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $127,982.00/year to $163,900.00/year)

Basic Qualifications
A Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering Management, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, or related discipline and 2 years of experience in management consulting, technical management, or business analytics. In the alternative, a Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering Management, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain or related discipline followed by 5 progressively responsible years of experience in management consulting, technical management, or business analytics.
Experience must include:
(1) 2 years of business analytics experience in a Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Production/Procurement, Technology, or related environment/operations.
(2) 2 years of experience using Lean Process Improvement, Six Sigma methodologies or related performance metrics/process improvements to increase efficiency within processes, forecasting, planning, optimization, or logistics.
(3) 1 year of cross-functional coordination experience across different business units and experience conducting qualitative/quantitative data analysis to support business decision making and cross functional initiatives.
The pay range for this position in Seattle, Washington is $127,982.00/year to $163,900.00/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
