Role overview:
Lead metrics management, analytics, and reporting for AWS InCommunities' global community engagement programs. Drive data-driven insights to measure and enhance social impact, awareness, and sentiment across data center communities worldwide.
Job description:
In this role, you will serve as the analytics and reporting backbone for AWS InCommunities' global operations, synthesizing complex data into actionable insights that drive program effectiveness. You'll own the development and delivery of comprehensive quarterly business reviews and ad-hoc team-wide and executive updates that showcase our community impact across regions. The position requires maintaining and evolving our key metrics spanning STEM education, skills development, sustainability initiatives, and hyperlocal impact programs. A critical focus will be leading our Social Return on Investment (SROI) methodology and implementation, ensuring consistent measurement of social impact across diverse global communities. You'll partner closely with regional teams to maintain data integrity and drive continuous improvement in our measurement approaches. You'll identify trends and patterns across our global programs to enhance their effectiveness and scale their impact.
As our programs evolve, you'll lead the development of innovative measurement frameworks that capture both quantitative and qualitative impact in our communities. The role involves close collaboration with PR and Communications teams to craft data-driven narratives that showcase our community investments' impact. Additionally, you'll support strategic budget planning by providing robust ROI analysis that helps prioritize investments for maximum community benefit.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or Master's degree in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
