What You Can Expect:

As the RN Lead, this role provides clinical leadership and day-to-day operational support for the clinic team while fostering a positive, collaborative care environment. Responsibilities include:

+ Prepare for and lead monthly clinical staff meetings and support daily staff huddles in collaboration with leadership.

+ Promote team building and actively encourage a positive, supportive culture within the clinic.

+ Serve as a resource for staff by helping navigate team conflict and supporting professional communication.

+ Participate in daily rounding with clinic leadership, staff, and providers to ensure alignment and efficient workflows.

+ Assist with managing daily work assignments, including adjusting schedules to accommodate call-outs and changing clinic needs.

+ Support the rollout of staff education, new procedures, and updated processes to ensure consistent practice.

+ Attend provider meetings and partner with providers to support clinic operations and patient care goals.

+ Provide support with higher-acuity patient care as needed.

+ Perform clinical triage for patients presenting with urgent or emergent symptoms.

+ Collaborate with other clinic RNs to ensure consistency in workflows, expectations, and team communication.

**Schedule:** Flexible with 4-9 hour shifts or 4-8 hour shift, and a 4 hour shift. 7:45a shift start time.

Qualifications:

+ Education: Bachelor's of Nursing Degree

+ Experience: 3 years' experience

+ Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
