What You’ll Do
+ Present and sell finance and insurance products clearly and compliantly
+ Structure deals to maximize profitability while protecting the customer experience
+ Ensure all deals meet state, federal, and lender compliance requirements
+ Work closely with Sales Managers to maintain strong deal flow
+ Build relationships with lenders and product providers
+ Maintain accurate, timely, and complete deal documentation
What We’re Looking For
+ Proven experience as an F&I Manager in an automotive dealership
+ Strong knowledge of automotive finance, lenders, and compliance
+ Track record of consistent PVR and product penetration
+ Professional, customer-focused approach to sales
+ Strong organizational and communication skills
