As Security Developer you will join a highly skilled and focused team providing world-class tools, integrations, and platform services to support, enable, and innovate our security services.
The Security Developer will have an understanding of system integrations, cloud services, process optimization, and business intelligence automation. They will interact with various Global Security teams, including Critical Incident Response Center, Crisis Management, Fraud Prevention, Security Architecture, and Threat Intelligence.
**Responsibilities Include** :
+ Work with Team Leads and internal Clients to build trusted advisor relationships with Clients
+ Work on the ground with SMEs and our clients to identify the right mix of tools and techniques to translate client IT needs and future goals into a plan that will enable secure and effective solutions, optimize operational processes and enhance business intelligence automation
+ Work with Security, Fraud Defense and Crisis Management teams to drive a future vision for next generation governance, risk, cyber security and fraud prevention systems
+ Work with IT development and Product Management areas to continually support security and innovation into ADP Products and platforms
+ Gather/define requirements to develop prevention, detection, and response capabilities within ADP Fraud, Crisis Management and Cyber Security platforms.
+ Collaborate with architecture, technology peers, product owners, stakeholders and globally distributed teams to build security solutions
+ Promote use of innovative new technology and best practices for evolving security and risk objectives
+ Present progress to stakeholders in meetings, ad hoc communications, and regular reporting
+ Share knowledge with global team members
+ Analyze and define solutions, maintain and enhance existing solutions, as well as participate in the delivery of core projects
+ Provide support with partners in IT, Ops and Engineering in troubleshooting Production issues wherever required

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
You'll must have:
+ Development skills (3+ years)
+ design, configure implementation of solution designs to meet functional requirements
+ design UI, including Dashboards, Reports, and User Access Control Frameworks
+ develop Applications and Packages for migration
+ develop advanced workflow (ML)
+ troubleshoot functional issues
+ Experience with Cloud Services (AWS, Azure)
+ Analyze Business & Functional Requirements to develop technical designs
+ Develop Technical Design documentation (Word, Excel, Visio, Powerpoint)
+ .NET and Python API Skills (3+ years)
+ Understanding APIs to pull and push data from different data sources to update records in Security Platforms (Snowflake, DataBricks, SQL)
+ Basic Machine Learning and AI knowledge
+ Enhance the existing solutions and fix issues within the day-to-day operations of Security platforms
+ Provide subject matter expertise for the development and management of APIs.
+ Provide technical support
+ Manage user accounts (e.g., bulk user uploads, user account creation)
+ Data Sciences experience is a Plus
