    The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) organization is seeking **Flight Deck Avionics Integration Engineers (Experienced or Lead)** to join the Flight Deck Air Vehicle team located in **Oklahoma City, OK** .

     

    Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Experienced or Lead Level Engineers.

    Position Responsibilities:

    Experienced (Level 3)

    + Applies an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop, and verify a lifecycle balanced system of systems and system solutions.

    + Evaluates customer and operational needs to define and coordinate system performance requirements, integrate technical parameters, and assure compatibility of all physical, functional, and program interfaces.

    + Performs various analyses to optimize total system of systems and/or system architecture.

    + Performs analyses for affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systems integration, survivability, vulnerability, susceptibility, system security, regulatory, certification, product assurance, and other specialties quality factors into a preferred configuration to ensure mission success.

    + Develops the planning, organization, implementation, and monitoring of requirements management processes, tools, risk, issues, opportunity management, and technology readiness assessment processes.

    + Resolves cross-functional technical issues.

    Lead (Level 4)

    + Applies an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop, and verify complex lifecycle balanced system of systems and system solutions.

    + Evaluates customer/operational needs to define and coordinate system performance requirements, integrate technical parameters, and assure compatibility of all physical, functional, and program interfaces.

    + Performs various analyses to optimize total system of systems and/or system architecture.

    + Performs analyses for affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systems integration, survivability, vulnerability, susceptibility, system security, regulatory, certification, product assurance, and other specialties quality factors into a preferred configuration to ensure mission success.

    + Develops, maintains, and identifies improvements for the planning, organization, implementation, and monitoring of requirements management processes, tools, risk, issues, opportunity management, and technology readiness assessment processes.

    + Resolves cross-functional technical issues.

     

    This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

    + Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement.

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

    + **Level 3:** 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

    + **Level 4:** 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Summary pay range for Experienced level (Level 3): $99,450 - $134,550

     

    Summary pay range for Lead level (Level 4): $119,850 - $162,150

    If you have an engineering degree from an ABET accredited college or university in Oklahoma and are not currently working in the aerospace sector in Oklahoma, you may qualify for a $5000 tax credit from the state of Oklahoma for up to five years.
