**Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS)** has an exciting opportunity for a **Lead Integrated Program Scheduling Specialist** (Level 4 or Level 5) to join the **Precision Engagement Systems (PES)** Program Scheduling team in **Saint Charles, MO** !

Strong communication and organizational skills are critical to success in this position, along with the ability to build strong relationships, collaborate in a cross-functional environment, and utilize problem-solving skills to proactively identify and manage risks and opportunities.

Position Responsibilities:

+ Oversees, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains integrated plans and schedules for highly complex or difficult projects, programs and change driven activities to execute in accordance with project management industry standards.

+ Directs and provides high level studies/analysis (trend, variance, impact), determines scope, reports, and oversight of planning requests.

+ Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning and refines the business case.

+ Develops and executes the process and strategy for the integration of plans and schedules.

+ Consults and recommends integrated planning, scheduling, change and baseline management, processes, techniques and tools to management considered to be best practices across the industry.

+ Recognized as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives.

+ Authorizes commitment of resources by obtaining approvals from stakeholders.

+ Oversees deployment of approved recommendations at Division, Business Unit, and/or Enterprise levels.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

**This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.** An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

+ Bachelor’s Degree or higher

+ 5+ years’ experience utilizing scheduling systems and tools to create and maintain production schedules

+ 5+ years' experience in program planning, project management, integrated scheduling, Industrial Engineering, Business Operations, and/or related disciplines

+ 5+ years' experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives

+ 5+ years’ experience in supply chain Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and manufacturing planning

+ 5+ years’ experience working with Microsoft Office Applications

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or related field

+ Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance

+ 10+ years' experience utilizing scheduling systems and tools to create and maintain production schedules

+ 10+ years' experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives

+ 10+ years’ experience in supply chain Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and manufacturing planning

+ 10+ years’ experience working with Microsoft Office Applications

Summary pay range:

Level 4 (Senior): $113,050 - $152,950

Level 5 (Subject Matter Expert): $141,100 - $190,900
