    Special Event Coordinator – Dallas, TX

     

    Bathwise is a quickly-growing brand in the acrylic bath remodeling industry. We are expanding our Dallas team and seeking a driven, energetic Special Event Coordinator to help us connect with homeowners across the region. Our mission is simple: to beautify bathrooms across North America with attractive, durable, and maintenance-free bath remodeling solutions—ultimately enriching the lives of the customers we serve.

    Position Overview

    The Special Event Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing high-impact consumer events and shows throughout the Dallas area. This role plays a major part in driving brand awareness and generating in-home design consultation appointments. If you are a self-starter with excellent people skills and a passion for events, we want to meet you.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Research, identify, and secure consumer events, home shows, fairs, and local marketing opportunities within the Dallas/Fort Worth market

    + Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships

    + Build and maintain an annual event and show calendar

    + Recruit, hire, train, and manage event demonstrators/brand ambassadors

    + Schedule demonstrators for event coverage

    + Coordinate all booth logistics, including setup and teardown

    + Engage with event attendees to schedule Free In-Home Design Consultations

    + Collect and manage contest entries and follow up to convert leads into appointments

    + Track event performance and report results regularly

    Qualifications

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    + Positive, outgoing, and engaging personality

    + Strong planning, organizational, and time-management abilities

    + Ability to coach, train, and motivate team members

    + Experience working in a fast-paced environment

    + Ability to stand for extended periods

    + Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

    + Willingness to work weekends (required)

     

    Compensation

     

    $1000–$1500 per week plus commissions

     

    This role includes competitive weekly pay and attractive commission opportunities based on event performance and appointment results.
