Next,you join your weekly call with the strategy team to exchange insights and learnabout ongoing topics across the group.

Afterlunch with your team, you participate in a workshop with Service colleagues toexplore market trends, growth opportunities, and concrete steps to strengthenthe Service business.

Laterin the afternoon, you deliver a short presentation to the GT management team,sharing updates on the latest market trends, followed by a feedback sessionwith one of your team members on a recently completed project.

In theevening, you join an informal dinner with the digitalization team to exchangeideas on the latest AI trends—heading home inspired after a dynamic andimpactful day.

H** **ow You’ll Make an Impact

As** **Head of Market &Competitors for Grid Technologies** **, you will shape the future by:

+ **Monitoringand analyzing market and competitor developments for the Grid Technologiesbusiness**

+ **Actingas a sparring partner and think tank for market and competitor topicsrelevant to GT**

+ **Derivingstrategic focus areas for the Business Area based on emerging trends(e.g., based on regional developments)**

+ **Supportingstrategic projects within GT and at Corporate level with market andcompetitor insights**

+ **Definingstrategy and driving strategic initiatives for GT’s Service business aspart of your role as strategic business partner for Service**

What You Bring

+ **Universitydegree (Bachelor, Master, PhD) in any discipline—preferably in a technicalfield**

+ **Extensiveexperience (5+ years) in managing strategy or business excellence projects withcross-functional and international teams, ideally in a management consultingenvironment**

+ **Strongfunctional expertise in areas such as strategy definition, benchmarking, andmarket analysis**

+ **Provenability to structure complex tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously;experience in driving digitalization initiatives is a plus**

+ **Demonstratedtrack record of leading teams and fostering a high-performance culture**

+ **Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at alllevels in a large, global organization**

+ **Fluency in English and German (written andspoken).**
