Senior Advanced AI Software Engineer

You will report directly to our Software Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the performance and reliability of our software products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and functionality, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and driving business growth.

+ Design, develop, and implement advanced software solutions for Industrial Automation applications.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and specifications.
+ Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to software development best practices.
+ Identify and resolve software defects and performance issues.
+ Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
YOU MUST HAVE
+ 7 years of software engineering experience with strong skills in Python and familiarity with React, Angular, or similar SPA technologies.
+ Master’s or higher degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, AI/ML or related field.
+ Proven track record of building and deploying Generative AI applications (LLMs, multimodal models, prompt engineering, fine-tuning)
+ Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) for scalable AI workloads.
+ Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools and pipelines.
+ Strong problem-solving skills with ability to translate business requirements into AI-powered solutions.
+ Excellent communication skills to collaborate across product, research, and engineering teams.
