    Honeywell Building Automation is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Leader to oversee sales operations for the Honeywell Security portfolio across North America. This leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and developing a high-performing sales team to deliver innovative security solutions for commercial, industrial, and institutional clients. Primary customer focus is the Value Added Reseller (VAR) channel across North America.

     

    + Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets for Honeywell Security products and solutions in North America.

    + Lead, mentor, and manage a team of regional sales managers and representatives, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.

    + Identify new market opportunities, cultivate relationships with channel partners, driving market share with end users and engaging key customers and industry influencers.

    + Collaborate with marketing, product management, and technical teams to align sales strategies with business objectives and customer needs.

    + Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy and drive competitive advantage.

    + Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics to senior leadership.

    + Ensure compliance with Honeywell’s policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.

    + Promote Honeywell’s brand as a leader in innovative building automation and security solutions.

    YOU MUST HAVE

    + Minimum of 7 years of progressive sales experience in building automation, security technology, or a related industry.

    + Proven track record of leading sales teams to exceed targets within a complex, multi-state or multi-country territory.

    + Strong understanding of electronic security systems, building automation technologies, and integration solutions.

    + Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

    + Ability to travel regularly across North America.

    + Results-oriented, strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.

    + Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

    + Remote, but must be located in north/east US, Carolinas or north.

    The annual base salary range for this position in Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is <$131K - $165K>. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

     

    This position is incentive plan eligible.
