    Position Information

    The Custodian, under supervision, provides daily, general cleaning services to Center buildings.

    Responsibilities:

    + Sweeps, mops, scrubs, applies finish to floors, dusts, and cleans glass, walls, and restrooms.

    + Assists with trash removal from buildings.

    + Cleans/polishes metal hardware, shampoos carpet, moves furniture, and mixes cleaning chemicals.

    + Reports major damage on equipment.

    + Performs other duties as directed.

    Required Education and Experience:

    + High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    + No prior experience required.

    Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    + Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.

    + Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

     

    What You Need to Know

     

    Salary: This is an hourly paid position. Compensation for this position is commensurate based on the selected candidate’s qualifications.
