    About the Role:

    Take the lead in a fast-paced manufacturing environment as our Building Management Technician Supervisor, where you will bridge the gap between high-level project coordination and hands-on technical excellence. In this pivotal role, you will oversee a team of technicians and external contractors, managing everything from intricate equipment installations to routine facility inspections within a strictly regulated GMP environment. Your mission will be to champion operational efficiency and maintenance best practices, ensuring our campus runs at peak performance every day.

    Here’s a glimpse into your day to day:

    + Possess appropriate knowledge and experience to receive work orders, execute tasks, and/or oversee work performed by 3rd party building maintenance contractors.

    + Master all aspects of the routine building walkthroughs to the point of being able to carry out tasks independently.

    + Accompany and supervise contractors and contracted work crews as needed.

    + Maintain a safe work environment; work in a safe manner following all safety SOPs and wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.

    + Champion GMP compliance and maintenance best practices to support a best-in-class maintenance program.

    + Review GMP maintenance activities in SAP.

    + Installation and relocation of office fixtures, lab equipment, and manufacturing equipment.

    + Dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, repair manuals, rough sketches, and drawings.

    + Perform all activities in compliance with applicable cGMP regulations, FDA, USP and ISPE guidelines

    + Identify and recommend initiatives for continuous improvement.

    + Assisting with building support services as needed.

    + Perform building and equipment inspections to proactively identify maintenance needs.

    + Submit SAP notifications for nonstandard conditions.

    + Provide emergency support off hours as required.

    You’ll be a perfect fit if you have:

    + HS diploma, technical school, or military training and experience in relevant field.

    + Five or more years of experience working as a technician and three or more years of experience in a supervisory role.

    + Background in painting, plumbing, dry wall and/or electrical is critical.

    + Good mechanical and electrical aptitude required.

    Physical Requirements:

    + Must be able to remain in a stationary position as necessary to complete assigned tasks.

    + The person in this position needs to frequently move about client’s facilities and offices to access equipment and complete tasks.

    + Consistently ascend and descend portable and fixed ladders, scaffolding and other equipment used to reach equipment at various levels of height some of which maybe in excess of 25 feet in a safe manner.

    + Must be able to ascend and descend a large quantity of stairways at any given time.

    + Frequently move tools and equipment weighing up to 50lbs across client facilities as needed to complete tasks.

    + Occasionally lift and move equipment in excess of 100lbs in a safe manner.

    + Must be able to work in outdoor weather conditions as needed.

    Shifts:

    + Day Shift, M-F, 8-hour shifts (occasional weekend work)

    Compensation and Benefits:

    + Pay: $30-38/hour (Based upon experience)

    + Annual Profit Sharing Bonus (variable)
