Our client, a leader in the medical device industry, is seeking a Medical Devices- Test Technician to join their team. As a Medical Devices- Test Technician, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Medical Devices- Test Technician

**Location:** Milpitas, CA

**Pay Range:** $27

**Shift:** 1st shift, 6am - 2:30pm, Monday - Friday

What's the Job?

+ Perform production assembly operations and complete system analysis, testing, and performance optimization of medical instruments.

+ Conduct basic electrical, mechanical, or software troubleshooting to identify issues in test equipment.

+ Analyze test results and data to determine pass/fail status and provide solutions for failures.

+ Identify defects and recommend design and process improvements to enhance product quality.

+ Provide training and support to team members on testing procedures and equipment operation.

What's Needed?

+ AA degree in mechatronics or a relevant field; candidates with a Bachelors or Masters degree are over-qualified.

+ 0 years of experience or up to 5 years of troubleshooting experience in electrical, mechanical, or software systems.

+ Ability to read and interpret drawings, work instructions, and workmanship standards.

+ Proficiency in basic math, analytical skills, and PC use within a Windows environment.

+ Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team setting.
