Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a HEAVY Metal Assembler to join their team. As a Assembler, you will be part of the production department supporting a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to learn multiple jobs, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:General Laborer

Must be able to do heavy lifting thru out shift and assist all departments

$15 on Days

Mon - Fri 6am-330pm

$16 on 3rd

Third-Sun thru thur 9pm-530am

**Location:** Scott City, MO

Pay Range: $15

What's the Job?

Performs processes to complete enclosure assemblies and sub-assemblies, using hand tools, and electronic and pneumatic tooling.

Prepare finished product by checking for defects in detail and/or cosmetic appearance.

Report defective materials or questionable quality conditions to the department SME.

Perform all essential functions/duties within quality requirements.

Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition

Follow all required safety procedures.

Performs other duties as assigned.

What's Needed?

+ **A minimum of one year experience as an assembler in a manufacturing environment is required. Preferrably in metal.**

+ Ability to handle the heat

+ Ability to work as a team

+ Ability to lift 50#'s

+ Excellent attendance and a positive attitude.

+ Strong attention to detail and the ability to cross-train.

+ Willingness to work as part of a team and rotate through various assembly tasks.

+ Ability to participate in making management decisions affecting the work.
