Medical Technologist Lead
**Location** : Bradenton, FL (Onsite)
**Shift:** Mixed shifts (7–10 hours)
**Specialty:** Histology / Clinical Laboratory
**Compensation Pay Range:** $32.62 – $48.93/hour(Based on years of experience)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Medical Technologist Lead to support a high-volume acute care laboratory. This leadership role is ideal for a skilled lab professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys mentoring others while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and patient care.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform stat and routine clinical laboratory testing across licensed disciplines
• Apply laboratory medicine principles using independent judgment to ensure accurate and timely results
• Maintain competency and licensure in Blood Bank, Chemistry, and Hematology
• Serve as the primary laboratory contact for the trauma team during assigned shifts
• Support departmental goals related to quality, compliance, patient satisfaction, and workflow efficiency
• Perform non-technical duties such as specimen collection, processing, and referral testing as needed

Qualifications
• Associate Degree in Science (required)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology (preferred)
• Active Florida Medical Technologist License
• 3–5 years of medical laboratory experience
• Experience working in multiple lab sections (minimum of 5 preferred)
• Strong background in Blood Bank, Chemistry, and Hematology

**Pay Details:** $32.62 to $48.93 per hour
