**Pay Rat** e $26.00 per hour (based on experience, education, and location)
_Mandatory overtime required_
Work Schedule
Monday–Friday (initial schedule)
Schedule change after 4 weeks, based on business needs:
• Sunday–Thursday shift
• Sunday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Monday–Thursday: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM
Required Qualifications
• Active CA Pharmacy Technician License
• Minimum 1 year of pharmacy tech experience (externships/training do not count)
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced work environments
• Strong:

Job Summary
As a Pharmacy Technician, you’ll work in a high-volume automated fill environment to support safe, accurate, and efficient medication dispensing. Your role is essential in ensuring prescription orders are processed correctly and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Prescription Processing & Dispensing
• Fill prescription vials with tablets/capsules according to computerized instructions
• Use scanners and software to track lot numbers, expiration dates, and accuracy
• Perform precise counting and mathematical calculations
Automation & Inventory Management
• Replenish automated dispensing cells
• Assist with weekly cycle counts and inventory audits
• Investigate discrepancies alongside the Inventory Manager
Cold Chain & Specialty Rx Handling
• Prepare and pack refrigerated/specialty medications per handling guidelines
Quality & Compliance
• Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and patient safety protocols
• Conduct quality checks to prevent cross-contamination
• Clean, calibrate, and maintain automated dispensing equipment
Teamwork & Problem Solving
• Escalate issues appropriately to management
• Support packing and shipping functions when needed
• Maintain a continuous, efficient workflow to meet daily production goals

**Pay Details:** $26.00 per hour
