Academic Mentor – $22–$25/hr

Are you in college looking for a part-time job while pursuing your degree? Or maybe you’re looking to re-enter the workforce in a meaningful way?

Adecco is hiring energetic Academic Mentors to support adult learners (18+) with a leading college education client. You don’t need a specific major or prior experience — just the aptitude and drive to help others succeed.

What You’ll Do

+ Build rapport and encourage engagement

+ Support assignments and learning goals

+ Adapt to different learning styles

+ Track progress and follow up as needed

+ Foster independence and study skills

What We’re Looking For

+ Energetic, empathetic, student-focused individuals

+ Comfortable with basic digital tools

Our client operates 38 weeks out of the year, Monday – Friday 9:30 – 2:30. All positions are part time. They are closed on select holidays during the semester. Potential work may be available September-mid December, February-mid May, January 2 days per week on Zoom only, June & June 2 days per week in Westchester, 1 day per week in August in Westchester.

**Pay Details:** $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
