Primary Job Accountabilities:

Responsibilities

• Carries out accounting assignments timely and accurately, including but not limited to, printing and mailing of checks, receiving and posting of payments in accordance to established procedures and controls.

• Assists in monitoring key performance indicators.

• Committed to continuous learning and a continuous improvement culture.

• Committed to developing best practice solutions including developing and maintaining process documentation.

• Foster open communication and innovative thinking including maintaining relationships with business segments and stakeholders.

• Develop skills and knowledge to support systems and/or processes.

• Administer Customer service requests for internal and external customers via phone, email, and correspondence.

Basic Qualifications Required:

• Minimum 2 years Accounting experience

• Printing checks

• Receiving cash

Other Requirements:

Education

• AA in Accounting or Finance or two years accounting experience

Knowledge/Skills

• Solid accounting skills

• Must be able to utilize technology to enhance efficiencies

• Good analytical and research skills

• Good oral and written communication skills.

• Good organizational and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in MS Excel (Microsoft Suite)

• Excellent Customer Service skills.

Shift: 8am - 5pm M-F

**Pay Details:** $22.26 per hour
