    Adecco is recruiting for multiple **HP** **Digital Printing Press Operators** for a client in **Liverpool, NY** . These are permanent, direct-hire positions, paying between **$20 to $25/hour** , depending on experience and certification level.

     

    Operators will run high-end digital presses and printing equipment, ensuring quality, efficiency, and consistency throughout the production process. This is an excellent role for candidates who enjoy hands-on technical work, problem solving, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

    Available Machine Assignments:

    Operators will be assigned to one or more of the following machines, depending on skills and business need:

    + HP IQHD – HP2 Printers

    + Velocity HR6600 Printers

    + HP Indigo Series (including LasX finishing equipment)

    + Sakurai Machines

    Key Responsibilities

    + Set up, operate, and monitor digital printing equipment based on order specifications and job requirements.

    + Perform routine inspections, basic maintenance, and report repair needs.

    + Follow production procedures to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

    + Complete quality checks and documentation accurately.

    + Monitor material usage, maintain inventory, and use resources efficiently.

    + Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (ELS, Kaizen, 5S).

    + Support teammates, share knowledge, and contribute to a safe work environment.

    Qualifications

    + High School Diploma or equivalent required.

    + 1–2+ years of experience in printing or related manufacturing roles (digital printing experience preferred).

    + Strong troubleshooting ability and mechanical/technical aptitude.

    + Comfort with computers and production reporting systems.

    + Pre-press knowledge and HP Operator experience a plus.

    + HP 7K/6600 Level 1 or 2 Certification.

    + Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
